How it works

1. Admin creates a job profile (e.g. .Net Developer) and uploads questions.
2. Candidate registers, selecting the profile they are applying for.
3. Candidate takes the timed Round 1 test (MCQ single, multiple choice and descriptive/coding questions).
4. When time is over the exam auto-submits and the result is shown instantly.
5. If the candidate passes, their status becomes eligible for the Round 2 face-to-face interview.
